If you’re based in Malaysia or Singapore but placed your orders on our Taiwan website, you can now transfer your account to the Malaysia site and enjoy local perks 💖

✨How to Transfer

1. Fill out the Transfer Request Form  within 30 days
2. Use the same email address as your Taiwan website
3. We’ll complete the transfer within 7 working days 

📌Only transfer requests submitted within 30 days will be accepted.

✨What Will Be Retained

•Your VIP tier (e.g. Shiny / Glory) from the Taiwan site
•A one-time welcome voucher based on your tier :
 – Shiny: RM45 store credit
 – Glory: RM60 store credit

⚠️ Shopping credit will be manually added within 7 working days after form submission and is valid for 60 days after issue.
