Referral Program FAQ
It’s our way of saying thank you! When you refer a friend to shop with us, they’ll receive a discount on their first purchase—and you’ll earn a reward after their order is completed. Win-win!
Simply click the PO'NYO REWARDS icon on the bottom left of the screen, then go to the “Referrals” section. You’ll find your unique referral link—share it with your friends via WhatsApp, social media, or email!
Your friend will receive an exclusive RM10 discount on their first order. Copy and apply it upon checkout!
Once your friend places a successful first order using your referral link or code, you’ll receive RM10 worth of discount code (minimum spending of RM100) via email, copy and apply it upon checkout!
Nope! There’s no limit—the more friends you refer, the more you earn!
Your reward will be issued automatically after your friend’s order is completed and confirmed (no returns or cancellations).
Go to your PO'NYO REWARDS dashboard and click on “Referrals” to see the status of your invites and earned rewards.
