You can sign up as a member using your email address — no password needed!

✨ Here’s how it works:
1. Click the šŸ‘¤ icon on the top right corner of the website
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code
4. Enter the code on the website to log in or create your account

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to:
•Track your orders
•Earn and redeem rewards
•Enjoy exclusive member discounts

If you’re having trouble logging in, here are a few things to check:

•Make sure you entered the correct email address
•Check your spam/junk folder for the 6-digit code

If you previously signed up on our Taiwan website, you can transfer your membership to the Malaysia site and keep your member status.

  • Fill out the Transfer Request Form Ā within 30 days
  • Use the same email address as your Taiwan website
  • We’ll complete the transfer within 7 working daysĀ

šŸ“Œ Member Tier & Reward Points – Important Notes

Ā Reward Points Usage

  • Reward points can be redeemed as discount at checkout, at a fixed rate of 100 points = RM1.
  • Points can only be applied to theĀ product subtotal and do not apply to shipping fees or taxes.
  • There is no maximum redemption limit per order.Ā 
  • Points are issued as aĀ loyalty reward, and cannot be exchanged for cash or discount codes.

šŸ” Order Cancellation or Returns

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled directly by customers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team.
  • Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee the order will be cancelled. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the request.
  • Our team will review your request based on the order status and respond as soon as possible.

Returns & Point AdjustmentsĀ 

  • If an order was placed using reward points, refunds will be issued based on the actual paid amount (i.e., the reward point value will be deducted).
  • Used points will not be refunded, even if the order is returned.
  • In cases of defective items or shipping issues, points will still not be refunded. However, we may issue a compensatory discount code based on the situation to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Points earned through sign-ups, giveaways, livestreams or other promotional activities will not be reissued if the associated order is cancelled or refunded.
  • The value of cancelled or refunded orders will not count towards cumulative spending for tier upgrades.

Points Issuance & Activation

  • Reward points are issued after an order is successfully placed and paid.Ā 
  • These points are available for use and will be added to your account balance once the order is confirmed.
  • If the order is later cancelled or refunded, earned points will be automatically deducted from your account.

šŸ…Ā Membership Tier & Spending Accumulation

Tier Updates

  • Membership tiers are automatically updated on the 1st of each month, including upgrades and downgrades.
  • Even if the required spending is met earlier, the tier will only be updated on the next 1st.
  • If the 1st falls on a public holiday, the update will be processed on the following business day.

Spending Accumulation

  • Only orders marked as ā€œfulfilledā€ (completed) will count towards your cumulative spending for tier evaluation.Ā
